REMINDER: The facility is rented for a six hour window including four hours for the event, one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup. An additional charge of $50.00 will be accessed for each additional hour spent renting the facility.
AGREEMENT: Checking the black on the previous information and signing below indicates that I have read The River Church Rental Policy, completed the requested information as honestly and completely as possible, agree with the policy entirely, and will abide by these guidelines and conditions. I agree to contact the church office immediately should any information change. I also understand and agree that until I have met the Office Administrator and all deposits and fees are paid, my reservation is not approved nor will my event be scheduled.
